The Make it Cheaper brand had to be bold and to the point, communicating clearly to it’s target market. The business-to-business nature of the company meant that the brand had to be taken seriously in the corporate environment whilst maintaining a certain edge. The logo itself had to be simple and effective, adapting to a range of media and marketing opportunities. The continuity of the design had to be consistent throughout to strengthen the brand. The effectiveness of the design lies in simplicity and clear communication. The type-based approach is complimented by the ‘stamp of approval’ symbol, which endorses the fair and uncomplicated values of the company.
