1. Discover

At the heart of all good design is understanding. In this initial stage we want to know all there is to know about your business, industry and customers. We will study your target market and how they interact with your products and services, taking direction from you to build up a full profile of your business situation. We want to know where you are and where you want to be. Your preferred way of working is also important to us; establishing an effective working relationship is integral to every successful project.

2. Generate

In this stage we identify possible solutions to the design problem. Using the information gathered from the previous stage, our design team will apply this understanding to produce a choice of concept designs that approach the problem from different angles. This phase of the process is concerned with the production of ideas that will meet the brief and excite the client.

3. Refine

The successful development and refinement of ideas towards creative and viable solutions requires an effective process of client feedback and strict attention to the objectives of the brief, as well as the needs of the target audience. These criteria are used to systematically refine designs until all parties are fully satisfied a workable solution has been achieved. Once the final design direction has been identified it is further developed towards final outcome.

4. Test

We ensure that all designs are ready before they are launched. All user tests are carried out on our test servers and proofs visible on dedicated client areas, all of which are accessible to clients. Upon completion of all development work and satisfactory testing/proofing, the final outcome is prepared for delivery. This stage may involve liaison with third parties such as printers and internal IT and marketing departments.

5. Delivery

Upon completion and sign-off of the project, all files are submitted for production or launch.

6. Manage & Grow

We understand that it is not always practical to do everything at once. It is our intention to build on-going relationships with our clients and help them to achieve sustainable growth. We continuously evaluate the effectiveness of designs, building on successes and learning from experience to guide that growth. Through effective brand management and client liaison we can plan and implement strategies that maintain and provide for the future.
